콘텐츠 제출 약관

제1조 (권리 보유 확약)

제출자는 제출하는 모든 문장·콘텐츠에 대해 다음 중 하나임을 확약합니다: ① 본인이 직접 창작했거나, ② 복제·번역·2차적저작물 작성·전시·배포에 필요한 모든 권리를 적법하게 보유하고 있음.

제2조 (금지 콘텐츠)

• 저작권 있는 노래 가사, 영화·드라마·소설의 대본·대사를 (짧은 인용을 넘어) 복제한 것
• 타인의 저작물을 권리 없이 복제·번역한 것
• 상표·초상권·퍼블리시티권을 침해하는 것
• 욕설·차별·혐오·폭력 미화·불법 정보

※ 짧은 일상 회화 문장, 공정이용 범위의 짧은 인용은 허용됩니다.

제3조 (라이선스 부여)

제출자는 Star Lab에 제출 콘텐츠를 18개 언어로 번역하고, 발음·뜻을 생성하며, 발행·전시·홍보·검색(SEO) 노출할 수 있는 비독점적·전 세계·무상의 라이선스를 부여합니다. 저작권은 제출자에게 그대로 남습니다.

제4조 (자동 발행 고지)

제출 콘텐츠는 AI 검수를 거쳐 사람의 사전 검토 없이 자동 발행될 수 있습니다. 발행 전 콘텐츠의 적법성에 대한 최종 책임은 제출자에게 있습니다.

제5조 (면책 및 배상)

제출 콘텐츠로 인한 저작권 등 제3자 권리 침해 분쟁에서 제출자는 관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서 Star Lab을 면책하며, 이로 인해 발생한 손해·법적 비용을 배상합니다.

제6조 (삭제·차단)

권리자의 신고 또는 침해 의심 시, Star Lab은 사전 통지 없이 해당 콘텐츠를 삭제·비공개할 수 있습니다. 반복 침해자의 이용은 제한될 수 있습니다. 신고: [신고 이메일/주소].

제7조 (보상 회수)

침해 콘텐츠로 발생한 추천 보상·토큰·크레딧은 회수될 수 있습니다.

제8조 (동의)

콘텐츠를 제출하면 위 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. Warranty of Rights

You warrant that, for every sentence and piece of content you submit, either: (i) you created it yourself, or (ii) you lawfully hold all rights necessary to reproduce, translate, create derivative works from, display, and distribute it.

2. Prohibited Content

• Copyrighted song lyrics, or scripts/dialogue from films, TV, or novels, reproduced beyond a short quotation
• Anyone else's copyrighted work reproduced or translated without rights
• Content infringing trademarks, likeness, or publicity rights
• Profanity, discrimination, hate, glorification of violence, or illegal information

Short everyday conversational sentences and brief fair-use quotations are allowed.

3. License Grant

You grant Star Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to translate your content into 18 languages, generate pronunciation and meaning, and publish, display, promote, and expose it in search (SEO). You retain your copyright.

4. Automated Publishing Notice

Submitted content may be published automatically after AI review, without prior human review. You bear final responsibility for the content's legality before publication.

5. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify and hold Star Lab harmless from any third-party claim (including copyright infringement) arising from your content, and will cover the resulting damages and legal costs.

6. Takedown

Upon a rights-holder report or suspected infringement, Star Lab may remove or unpublish the content without prior notice. Repeat infringers may be restricted. Report: [report email/address].

7. Reward Clawback

Referral rewards, tokens, or credits earned from infringing content may be reclaimed.

8. Agreement

By submitting content, you are deemed to agree to these terms.
